Types of Commercial Fencing
Mesh Panel Systems
Used extensively throughout Europe and available in various designs. Now rapidly growing in use in the UK, mesh panels systems are considered to be aesthetically pleasing whilst also offering good security performance and resistance to vandalism. Commonly manufactured from pre-galvanised wire and finished with a polyester powder coating.
Railings
Available in various designs, railings products are commonly manufactured from solid steel sections and are of fully welded construction. Offering excellent security performance and resistance to vandalism. Supplied hot dipped galvanised for long life expectancy in service, with an optional polyester powder coating finish for improved aesthetics.
Palisade
Considered the UK’s most popular fencing for locations requiring security and resistance to vandalism. Providing a physical and visible deterrent, palisade is available in various specifications and pale profiles for varying levels of security. Supplied hot dipped galvanised for long life expectancy in service, with an optional polyester powder coating finish for improved aesthetics.
Chainlink
Manufactured from wire woven into a diamond mesh pattern, providing boundary demarcation only.
Available in several variations but with two main groups
- A lightweight mobile mesh panel secured in position via heavy plastic or concrete bases.
- A solid screen hoarding installed as a semi-permanent fixture, providing a visual barrier which is often used as advertising space.
Both options provide a safe environment for site employees and the general public, as well as protecting the site and reducing the risk of plant and material theft.
